All of our broadband connections are Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC) and are monitored for quality purposes - If we find a fault on the line we will contact you and let you know.

All calls are charged by the second, and unlike other phone companies we do not charge a connection or set-up fee and include as standard: Caller ID, Choose to Refuse, and Care Level 2 (fault clear by 23:59 next day, Monday to Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays. For example report on Tuesday, clear by Wednesday).
